Library, ICT and Physical Infrastructure / Instrumentation- Library has an extensive collection of books, newspapers, research journals, magazines, encyclopaedias, dictionaries and college magazines. The library is equipped with an e-library which allied with E-Resources, N-list, Inflibnet which makes it easy to access thousands of e-Books and e-journals. The library has free Wi-Fi and an internet facility. Industry Interaction / Collaboration - As per the academic syllabus of the University for Commerce and Management, the institution interacts with various manufacturing industries like Curriculum Development – The institution affiliated with Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur and Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar Vishwavidyalaya Raipur. The institution adopted the curriculum which was designed and developed by the universities. Admission of Students - Admissions are done according to the rules and regulations of the state government and University. The admission committee and Counselling Cell help the students to opt for courses and subjects. Examination and Evaluation - The institution has an Internal and External Examination Cell. These cells are continuously evaluated through periodic monthly tests, projects, assignments, and pre-final exams.
Human Resource Management
- Human resource management plays a pivotal role in the institution. Human Resources Committee provides various facilities:-

- College has the provision of uniform for class IV employees.
- College provides Employees Provident Fund facilities for all the employees.
- College provides an interest-free loan facility to the employees as per the requirement.

- College organizes various skill development programs for the employees.
- At the time of Illness College provides medical leave with salary.
- College provides medical leave with salary in case of COVID infection until the recovery.

Horizon a bilingual quarterly e- newsletter published by the institution provides information related to all events, news took place in the college. It also provides various valuable information and forthcoming events. It makes the students and the staff updated and abreast them with latest information.
Library also provides previous years question papers of all the subjects conducted by universities. These question papers help the students to understand the pattern of the annul exam. Library also provides the facility of photocopy for relevant study material.
Research and Development - Research plays an essential role in growth and development of the society. Research expands the knowledge and gives larger frame of understanding. The Institution provides various opportunities to facilitate the research
- The institution provides financial support to encourage the participation of faculties in Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Symposiums, and FDPs etc.
- The institution also provides On Duty leave to addend the Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Symposiums, and FDPs etc.
- The institution regularly organises seminars for the students.
Industry Interaction / Collaboration - As per academic syllabus of University of Commerce and Management the institution interacts with listed manufacturing industries like Raipur Adore Welding Limited, Sugar Factory, Water Treatment Plant, and Sanjay Rolling Mill. It provides students practical exposure of industries like process, production and operations. Project work is also an essential part of student’s curriculum in various disciplines like marketing, customer service etc.
Faculties also interact with other industrialist and academic expert to get the knowledge at grass root level. Faculties are also deputed to other college and universities to attend faculty development programme, Orientation and refresher course.
Curriculum Development – The institution affiliated to Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur and adopted the curriculum which was designed and developed by the university. In addition to the prescribed syllabus, institution also organises lectures, seminars, workshop etc on various relevant topics. Industrial visits organise by the college to acquire knowledge related to industrial environment. Few of the faculties are members of the Board of Studies of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and are involved in Curriculum Development.
Admission of Students - Admissions are done according to the rules and regulations of state government and University. Admission committee Counselling Cell help the students to opt courses and subjects.
The admission process has an active participation of all the staff members. Admission will be done strictly on merit basis. .Admission is done on the basis of marks secured in HSSC examination for the Graduation courses and Graduation marks for the Post Graduation Courses. In admission process the institution strictly follows the government rules for reserved categories.
Teaching and Learning - The institution adopted various strategies for the quality improvement in teaching and learning
- College has strictly followed academic calendar of higher education of Chhattisgarh and Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.
- Seminars/Webinar/Conferences are organized by different departments.
- Increase in the use of ICT.
- Lectures of the Subject experts’ are organised..
- The IQAC has frequent interactions with heads of the department evaluate the teaching learning process.
- Journals, magazines, internet facility, software and labs provided to facilitate the faculties for effective lectures.
- Projectors are also used for the lectures.
